it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered upon checkout. & ivy is not responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address or lost in transit. if damage occurs in transit, all packages are insured and a file can be claimed via your tracking number. if packages are returned to sender than you will need to repay the shipping charge and provide a correct address prior to re-shipping.
